  • Ask your GoCart Courier for assistance with deliveries. They'll be glad to place your items where it's most convenient for you. In the event a GoCart product falls short of your satisfaction, every GoCart Courier has the ability to correct the item on the spot. She/He will gladly refund your purchase price and arrange for delivery of a replacement product that same day.
  • Contact us through email. Our email link is monitored throughout the day, so you can be sure to receive a swift reply.
  • Call our Customer Support Line at 1-951-547-4609 during normal delivery hours for questions regarding your order, website issues, or product questions or concerns.

  • What are GoCart's delivery hours?
    • GoCart delivers from our local warehouse seven days a week. Our Couriers run from 6am to 10pm weekdays, from 8am to 7pm Saturdays, and from 1pm to 10pm Sundays.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • Yes! You may change or cancel your order right up until your order has been processed. Simply log into your GoCart account, click on your pending order, and change or cancel right on your screen. Of course, you can always call the GoCart Customer Support Desk for assistance during normal delivery hours.
  • Should I tip my Courier?
    • We have a strict no-tipping policy. We want our Couriers to be concerned about what's in our customers' hearts, not what's in their wallets. That's why we offer our Couriers competitive compensation packages, so tipping is never an issue.
  • How can I find a particular product or brand on your website?
    • The fastest way to navigate to a particular product or brand is to use the search field at the top of every GoCart screen. The search field can be identified by the small magnifying glass icon.
